Looma produces AI-generated market intelligence reports for businesses in Southeast Asia, covering the Beauty, Wellness, Fitness and Food & Beverage categories across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines.

Explorer is a one-off report, paid for individually with no subscription, delivered as a downloadable PDF. Investigator is a planned monthly subscription, currently in a pre-launch waitlist and not yet available for purchase — these terms will be updated to cover it before it launches.

Every report is generated from current, publicly available sources, with each finding tagged with its source, collection date, and a confidence rating. A report is a research aid, not professional financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and you remain solely responsible for any business decision you make using it.

All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and shown on our Pricing page. Payment for a one-off report is collected in full, before the report is generated, through our payment processor, Xendit. We do not receive or store your card, bank, or e-wallet details — Xendit handles that directly, under its own terms and security standards.

An order is confirmed once Xendit reports the payment as successful. If a payment fails or is not completed, no report is generated and you are not charged.

Reports are generated after payment is confirmed and are typically ready within 5–15 minutes, though research-heavy requests can take longer. You will be able to view and download your report from your Looma dashboard once it is ready; a downloaded PDF is yours to keep.

Because each report is researched specifically for the business concept, market, and location you submit, we do not offer refunds simply because the findings were not what you hoped for — a report showing weak demand, heavy competition, or an unfavourable market is still a correctly delivered report.

We will review and, where appropriate, refund or redo a report if there is a genuine issue with delivery — for example a missing section, a technical fault in generation, or a payment that was taken without a report being delivered. Contact us at inquiry@asklooma.com with your order details and we will respond within 5 business days.

You need an account to request a report. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit (business concept, target market, budget, and objective) — a report is only as useful as the brief behind it — and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

You agree not to use Looma to request research for an unlawful purpose, to attempt to resell or redistribute reports as your own research product at scale, or to interfere with or attempt to circumvent how the service operates.

The report we deliver to you is yours to use for your own business purposes, including sharing it with partners, lenders, or investors. The underlying research pipeline, methodology, software, and the Looma brand remain the property of Looma AI Innovations.

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Looma's total liability arising from any report or use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for that report. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunity, arising from a decision made using a Looma report.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with to deliver the service.

We may update these terms from time to time, for example as new plans launch or regulatory requirements change. The "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision, and continuing to use Looma after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
